Please no personal checks.  Online orders will be paid at time of checkout, and are not inclusive of shipping charges, which will be charged separately.

Shipping Policy.

For Artificial Turf & Accessories
Artificial turf is available for shipping within the contiguous United States, please contact us for international shipping requests.  Delivery is not included in the online prices quoted.  We offer free delivery for turf orders over $500 within a 5-mile radius of San Mateo, CA.  Delivery is available outside of this delivery zone so please contact us to discuss. Delivery for turf orders will be made by The Turf Depot, Inc.  We will contact you prior to delivery to confirm delivery arrangements and onsite requirements. Upon receipt of your order, The Turf Depot, Inc will contact you within 1 business day to arrange for delivery.  Some artificial turf products are also available for pick at our San Mateo office when arranged in advance. Please note, the length of the turf can be cut in 10’ increments only and is subject to a custom-cut fee of $15 per cut.

For Sample Orders
Customers have the option to order turf samples on our website while shopping for product. You can also order a sample kit.  Samples are available for in-store pick up at our San Mateo, CA showroom or Sparks, NV showroom. Please visit our contact us page for showroom information.  When placing sample orders online, sample orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days.  We ship standard samples free of charge, and all samples ship either USPS or UPS and will arrive within 3-5 business days.  All orders are processed within 2 business days and available for pick up or delivery within with next day pick up available if orders are placed by 12 PM PST.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are not included in the cost as part of your online checkout.  We will contact you upon receipt of your order to discuss delivery options and costs.  All fees imposed during or after shipping or delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
The Turf Depot, Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping when being shipped via a third party.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
